Pre-solicitation Notice / Synopsis for Solicitation: SPE1C1-26-R-0066 This is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001: Parka, Navy Working Uniform (NWU), Woodland Camouflage, Type III NSN Series: 8415-01-573-4754 (s) PGC: 03612 End Item Specification: NCTRF PD 04-09C dated 20 January 2012 Pattern Date: 14 December 2020 The solicitation will be set-aside for Small Business concerns. This procurement will result in one (1) Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The contract will consist of a 12-month performance period. In accordance with FAR 10.002(d)(2), the Government does NOT intend to use FAR Part 12 procedures for this procurement. The quantities and dollar value provided below are estimates and may change at the time of solicitation based on changes in demand and supply position. Minimum Quantity: 9,000 EA Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ): 36,000 EA Maximum Dollar Value: $9,900,000.00 The initial delivery order and any subsequent delivery orders will be required 120 days after the date of the award. The delivery destination for subject item is VSTN (Peckham Inc.; Navy & Coast Guard 3PL). Source Selection criteria will be used for award evaluation purposes in accordance with FAR 15.101-1.
