2 Sept 2025 The purpose of this amendment is to change clauses 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services and 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract FROM included by reference TO full text. The Clause, 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services was also updated to reflect that 52.217-8 is included in the price evaluation process.
