Palo Alto Networks Subscription & Support Renewals INL-26-046

INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) Management and Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors capable of providing Palo Alto Networks subscription and premium support renewals for INL s cybersecurity infrastructure. These renewals are critical to maintaining secure and reliable operations across INL s network environment. BACKGROUND INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory dedicated to nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. Palo Alto Networks solutions are integral to INL s cybersecurity posture, providing advanced threat prevention, wildfire analysis, and premium support for mission-critical systems. The renewal of these subscriptions and support agreements ensures continued compliance, operational reliability, and access to vendor support. SCOPE OF WORK Responding vendors must be capable of facilitating the renewal of the following Palo Alto Networks subscriptions and support services: Premium Support Renewal, Advanced Threat Prevention Subscription Renewal, Prisma Access Agent Subscription Renewal, and Advanced WildFire Subscription Renewal. The scope of work will include the following: Provide renewal terms for all listed products, including serial numbers and coverage dates. Ensure compliance with US Government account requirements. Support for multi-device and HA pair configurations. Adherence to Palo Alto Networks EULA and EUSA terms and conditions. Provide documentation of renewal, including certificates of conformance and proof of coverage. PROCESS This EOI is the first step in identifying interested and qualified vendors for future solicitation. Responses may be used to inform the development of a formal solicitation list. Selected vendors may be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for award consideration. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Interested vendors should submit an Expression of Interest that includes the following: Company name and point of contact Description of capabilities for facilitating Palo Alto Networks renewals for government accounts Demonstrated experience with Palo Alto Networks subscriptions and support agreements Certifications, quality program documentation, and compliance with federal procurement requirements Lead times and renewal processing capacity Ability to supply all required documentation and certificates NAICS and business size classification Confirmation of ability to comply with INL data control requirements High-level cost estimation for renewal services Deadline for submission: June 26, 2026 Submit to: Chase.Egbert@inl.gov Only select respondents, as determined by BEA, will receive an invitation to participate in the anticipated RFP solicitation.
