INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) Management and Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors capable of providing Palo Alto Networks subscription and premium support renewals for INL s cybersecurity infrastructure. These renewals are critical to maintaining secure and reliable operations across INL s network environment. BACKGROUND INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory dedicated to nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. Palo Alto Networks solutions are integral to INL s cybersecurity posture, providing advanced threat prevention, wildfire analysis, and premium support for mission-critical systems. The renewal of these subscriptions and support agreements ensures continued compliance, operational reliability, and access to vendor support. SCOPE OF WORK Responding vendors must be capable of facilitating the renewal of the following Palo Alto Networks subscriptions and support services: Premium Support Renewal, Advanced Threat Prevention Subscription Renewal, Prisma Access Agent Subscription Renewal, and Advanced WildFire Subscription Renewal.
