All work is to be performed at the Buffalo, NY VA Medical Center. Built new gas room by divided the existing IT room (223-E) into two separate rooms (IT room 223-E-1) and (Gas room 223-E-2). The total area of new gas room is approximately 40 square feet, Attachment. The total area remaining for the IT room is approximately 104 square feet, Attachment 1 Install new acoustic ceiling grid and tiles. Install new ceiling LED lights, diffusers and sprinkler heads. Install new RTU dedicated exhaust fan to provide continues negative pressure in the gas room. The entire gas system, including the RTU, shall be under emergency power. Demolish the existing gas room (gas control system and accessories) and all associated parts. Also, a brief overview of the construction work will be included with SOW.
