P-63 and C-74A Aerial Static Demonstration Services FA442726QZ018

1. This pre-solicitation notice is in accordance with FAR 5.101(c). This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is not soliciting quotes or proposals at this time. 2. Description: The TAFB Wings over Solano Airshow requires Static Demonstration services of a P-63 and C-47A. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary for Aerial Static Demonstration services. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive services for the 2026 Travis AFB Air Show from April 24-26, 2026. This includes all planning, practice, and execution phases. Personnel must arrive on or before April 23, 2026, and depart no later than 8:00 AM on April 27, 2026. See Performance Work Statement for full requirement details. 3. Procedures for Award: The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order. The award basis is anticipated to include Technical and Price. The Government anticipate to award on or about 20 March 2026. 4. Trade Agreements Language: Not Applicable. 5. Technical Data: Not Applicable 6. Construction Contract Information: Not Applicable 7. Statement Regarding Responsible Sources: All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. 8. Competitive Status: This is a noncompetitive action in accordance with FAR 5.101(c)(4)(vii). The intended source is Palm Springs Air Museum due to their capability to provide both required aircraft: P63 and C-47A. Additionally, the proximity of their location assures that the period of performance is met. 9. Qualification Requirement: See PWS.
