Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument (ORPI) requires the installation of a 30' communications tower (already purchased). Necessary components of the project include excavation and pouring of a concrete foundation, assembly and erection of the tower and the installation of appropriate grounding hardware. See attached specifications for additional details. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. A site visit is scheduled for July 29, 2025 at 10:00am ARIZONA TIME. Meet at the ORPI Visitor Center. Questions are due electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@gmail.com no later than 3 calendar days after the scheduled site visit. Follow all instructions in the solicitation to submit a quote. IAW FAR clause 52.228-13, Contractors are reminded that any amount awarded over $35,000.00 requires the submission of a Payment Bonds. Bonds are due within ten (10) days of receipt of award.
