The Government will not provide any feedback or evaluations regarding the information submitted. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under this sources sought notice. In support of OCE’s transformational goals this effort will provide services to enhance the skills and increase tools for the leadership team as they adjust to the new process and operations of a matrixed organization. In addition, this effort will help develop skills for the next generation of leaders as part of OCE’s succession planning. Please see attached draft SOW and RFI document.
