The Contractor shall furnish consultation and reports, similar to the range of services found in a commercial facility, as well as services specialized to meet the needs of fighter aircrew. Services provided by the contractor shall include the following: initial assessment of each aircrew, care for personnel who individually seek the services of OHWS Specialist; subject matter expertise concerning pre-habilitation evaluation/assessment, injury prevention, accommodation processes and implementation, ergonomic assessment and implementation, remedial training, and optimized performance physical training (e.g. strength and conditioning for fighter aircrew). At the discretion of the government, the contractor shall provide the following resources under this contract: licensed Physical Therapist and/or licensed Athletic Trainer and/or licensed Strength and Conditioning coach and/or licensed Massage Therapist.
