NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NIH OLAOOA3NOIA71425 OPTICAL INSTRUMENTS, The National Institutes of Health s Office of Acquisition on behalf of the NIH Supply Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with - LIFE TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION for the products listed in the specifications doc below. It is anticipated that an award will be issued approximately Five (5) after the date of this notice unless the Government determines that another supplier has the capability to meet this requirement. Response The proposed acquisition action is for items and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b). If you believe you can provide the items or services requested, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Please send to the attention of Zobair Qasim zadah, Contract Specialist/NIH referencing notice number NIH-OLAO-OA3-NOI-7.9.25 by 7.14.25 @10:00A.M. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
