The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in reactivating one (1) Mark VI 78-Foot Patrol Boat (78PB) Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) and train naval maintenance technicians. Work will be accomplished at Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Bangor, Dabob Bay, Hood Canal, Puget Sound, Strait of Juan de Fuca, and Warning Area W-237-B (North) Operating Area (Navy-8). The Government is seeking responses from sources that can perform the following work. Mark VI Length: 84.8 FT Width: 20.5 FT Light Load: 12,932 LBS Draft: 2 FT Hull Material: Aluminum Scope Overview: The Contractor shall provide a non-personal services contract to reactivate Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Vessel 78PB1501, sea trial the 78PB1501 in the Hood Canal, Puget Sound, Strait of Juan de Fuca out to the J Buoy, and train U.S. Navy Civil Service maintenance technicians at Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Bangor, Dabob Bay, Hood Canal, Puget Sound, Strait of Juan de Fuca, and Warning Area W-237-B (North) Operating Area (Navy-8).
