This is a Sources Sought announcement for THE PURPOSES OF MARKET RESEARCH ONLY in support of Operation and Maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Incinerator Plant to Include Various Related Equipment at U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan. This requirement is to provide for a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Service Contract for Maintenance and Repair for Incinerator Plant, Weight Scales, Potable Water Tanks, Wastewater Treatment Plants to Include Operation, and Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Filtering System at Commander Fleet Activities (CFA) Yokosuka, Japan. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
