Onsite maintenance at five (5) locations for six (6) laminator machines SP700025Q1025

This RFQ is being issued to establish a firm-fixed price (FFP) service contract for onsite maintenance at five (5)locations for six (6) laminator machines. This service contract requires on-site maintenance to include all parts and labor (minus consumables). This service contract will be for up to 60 months, with the first year starting 01May 2025 and going to 30 September 2025 (see Period of Performance below). All responsible sources may submit quotations via the PIEE Solicitation module only. Emails will not be accepted. DLA seeks to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Onsite Maintenance of six (6) laminator machines. All offered services must meet requirements stated in the Attachment 1 ? Performance Work Statement (PWS). Amendment 0001 extends the due date for offer to 25 April 2025 at 10:00 AM EAST Daylight Savings Time. Amendment 0002 extends the due date for offers to 10 June 2025 at 10:00 AM EAST Daylight Savings Time. Also, adds One (1) more service location with One (1) device.
