This is notice of the Government s intent to issue the contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), other than full and open competition and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
