NAICS Code: 621399 Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners a. If a different NAICS code is suggested, please include the proposed NAICS code and rationale. 2. Description of request: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, Taos-Picuris Service Unit (TPSU), is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing one (1) Dental Hygienist contractor for preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Responses to this notice should include the following: 1.)
