The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will release a solicitation for the acquisition of one (1) compact car for the EBCL in Montferrier-sur-Lez, France. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
