However, it should be noted that information gathered through this notice may significantly influence our acquisition strategy. All interested parties will be required to respond separately to any solicitations posted as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Border Enforcement Contracting Division is conducting market research to identify potential sources which are primarily in the business of commercial Oil and Water Separator services. ***INTERESTED CONTRACTORS MUST HOLD A PERMIT TO HAUL BACKWASH AND WASTEWATER FROM THE SITES AND DUMP AT THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO.*** One 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods are being considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562998 with a small business size standard is $16,500,000.00. The market research being conducted seeks to identify contractors that can perform all Oil and Water Separator services as stated in the draft Statement of Work (attached).
