SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Harry S Truman Dam and Reservoir has a need for service of crack filling, surface sealing and striping the asphalt Access Roads and Visitor s Center. Access Road A/Dam Access Road, Access Road B and the Visitor s Center parking lot and road are asphalt surfaces that require maintenance activities to preserve the integrity of the pavement and extend the lifespan. There are cracks in the asphalt that require joint sealant. The asphalt surface requires surface sealant. The existing striping has faded and is almost non-existent in some locations. Striping is required. Access Road A and Dam Access Road contain some embeds/monuments in the surfaces that will require protection. Access Road B contains several concrete road patches that will require preparation for the application of the surface sealant.
