This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Certified HUBZone Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 531120 - Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Mini warehouses) with a size standard of $34.0M and W023 - Lease or Rental of Equipment Ground Effect Vehicles, Motor Vehicles, Trailers, and Cycles will be utilized. This document incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 Effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable. ----------------------------------------- (i) This is a contract opportunity for a rental contract to provide six (6) 12'x36' office trailer spaces, six (6) generators with a minimum of 200kW and six (6) stairs at Roosevelt Route. Must be configured for towing, on wheels, with either pintle hook or ball & hitch attachment and capable to fuel by gasoline, JP-8, or ASTM D975 No-2 diesel fuel. (ii) The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to supply power using the generators, utilize office trailer spaces and applicable maintenance as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The Offeror shall provide detailed narratives demonstrating its approach to each PWS section. The detailed narratives shall include mobilization timeline and execution plans.
