Prospective offerors may identify their interest and submit a capability statement prior to the solicitation closing date. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the SAM.Gov website. The Government is not responsible for the inability to access the posted documents. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
