Summary

AI-generated · Dec 03, 2025

Deliverable: executable libraries that implement multiphysics models to simulate species transport and corrosivity changes in electrolytes as oxidation reactions occur and oxide formation happens in occluded spaces (such as crevices), designed to be called by the A-CID software suite as a revised version of the Corrosion Informed Design software developed by NRL and NSWC-CD.

This is a sole-source award to Elsyca Inc, conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a ceiling of $250,000. No solicitation package is available, and the government will consider capability statements to determine whether competition would be advantageous; responses will be used solely to assess whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and the government may decide not to compete based on the responses.
