Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # HT940626QE012 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The contractor shall provide One (1) OAE Equipment with any insert phones, headphones, transducers, oscillators, probes, computer (laptop or desktop), printer, software and software licenses, and other accessories required to perform auditory brainstem response / otoacoustic emission testing located at Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point (NHCCP), NC. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12.6; Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS): The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 339112, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees Submission of Quotes: Offerors must follow the requirements of FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, 52.212-2 Addendum, and the Quote Instructions and Evaluation Criteria provided in the solicitation document to create the quote. Quote is required to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist on or before the date and time specified in the RFQ.
