This solicitation is being competed as unrestricted FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION under the NAICS Code of 562211 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal with a small business size standard of $47 million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Period of Performance will be from 6 March 2026 through 5 March 2031.
