FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION This acquisition will be negotiated on a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION basis with K-FLEX LLC, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. All responsible sources may submit a response or proposal prior to the offer due date. Any such submissions will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right to make this determination at its sole discretion. An award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated. The solicitation is expected to be posted on SAM.gov on or about 9 February 2026 , with quotes due on or about 17 February 2026.
