Set Aside, NAICS Code & Size Standard: This solicitation is being procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.NAICS Code is 237990, Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction - Land drainage contractors, with the applicable size standard of $45M. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Non-personal service to keep specified drainage ditches, culverts, beaver screen, and gates free flowing - free from beaver dams, log jams, debris, and other obstructions and trapping of nuisance animals.
