Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Conduct a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey over a 200-acre area at Tolicha Peak Electronic Combat Range within the NTTR to identify subsurface metallic anomalies that could represent Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) hazards, down to a depth of 10 feet. Use GPR along with electromagnetic (EM) methods to locate UXO indicators, mark all identified potential hazards on-site with highly visible markers, and produce georeferenced maps showing each anomaly’s location and size. Deliverables include a comprehensive survey methodology, results, conclusions, recommendations, on-site hazard markers, and georeferenced maps, with the work performed under a firm-fixed-price contract and a 90-day period of performance at NTTR, Nellis AFB, NV; inspection/acceptance is FOB destination.

There have been multiple notices for the same requirement: a sources-sought and subsequent combined synopsis/solicitation, with the latest notice extending the proposal due date. The scope specifies a single CLIN for the GPR/UXO survey and references an attachment containing the Statement of Objectives for additional details. The procurement targets capable small businesses under the 541330 engineering services framework, with on-site marking and reporting requirements as described.
