Purpose The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Supply Chain Management Contracting Division (Branch B), is conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 to identify qualified sources, capabilities, and potential pricing structures for NSN 8105-00-179-0087 (Textile Bag Sandbag). This effort will inform the development of a competitive Base + Option (1-year) BPA award. 2.
