The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 5965014441216 (ADAPTER, HEADSET) AMC/AMSC: 1/G. DLA Land and Maritime is considering a future solicitation(s), and subsequent Award, of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC) for the item(s) on the attached Market Questionnaire. The resultant IQC/LTC could potentially range from 3 to 5 years in length. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 5965014441216 (ADAPTER, HEADSET). Drawings will be posted as of the solictiation issued date. For drawings, refer to: https://pcf1x.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. DLA L&M proposes to enter into fixed-price contract(s) with an annual price adjustment provisions to adjust out-year contract prices. The resulting contract(s) will be long-term indefinite quantity contract(s), which includes a three-year base and two one-year option periods. The items covered by this initiative will be procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15- Contracting by Negotiation. Applicable NAICS is 334310 and Small Business Size Standard is 750. Solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will be available on March 4, 2026, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. Inspection/acceptance will be either destination or origin depending on the quality requirements of each NSN and will be identified on the Schedule of Supplies attached to the RFP.
