This solicitation is for a quantity of 75 kits and for award on a firm-fixed price contract. The solicitation is being solicited as 100% total small business set-aside. The contract will consist of Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and Government Furnished Material (GFM). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
