Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine if other companies are capable of manufacturing (or legitimately obtaining) the following item: NSN 1650-01-718-7973, OIL AND SAMPLE KIT. This item is currently manufactured by SPECTRO SCIENTIFIC INC UNDER PART NUMBER 000-0074. The Weapon System Designator Code is 19F. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for an offer. This does not constitute as a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
