Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine if other companies are capable of manufacturing (or legitimately obtaining) the following item: 1560-015132002, aircraft wing tip. This item is currently manufactured under part number: 123GSR937-12 by Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (Cage 79RG9) Cherokee Nation Aerospace & Defense LLC (Cage 82ML8). The Weapon System Designator Code is 17N. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for an offer. This does not constitute as a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.
