Minimum qualifications include current and valid NQA-1 certification (with supplements), demonstrated overhead crane experience in nuclear or high-consequence settings, capability for fixed and mobile operations, compliance with DOE, OSHA, and ASME standards, a proven safety record and QA program, and the ability to mobilize to INL site locations in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas. Preferred qualifications include DOE contracts or national-lab experience, availability of specialty lifting equipment or rigging expertise, and familiarity with INL procedures/site access. Submittals should include a company overview, NQA-1 certification documentation, relevant project experience, equipment capabilities (crane types and capacities), safety and QA program summaries, and at least two references. EOIs must be submitted electronically to the designated INL contact by the specified deadline.

Ability to mobilize to INL s site locations in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working under DOE contracts or at other national laboratories. Availability of specialty lifting equipment or rigging expertise. Familiarity with INL-specific procedures or site access requirements. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Interested parties should submit the following information: Company Overview Including name, address, point of contact, and years in operation. NQA-1 Certification Documentation Including scope and expiration. Relevant Project Experience Highlighting work in nuclear or DOE environments. Equipment Capabilities Summary of overhead crane types, capacities, and availability. Safety and QA Program Summaries Including incident rates and QA structure.
