Notification of the SEC's Intent to Award a Single Source Purchase Order to Municipal Market Analytics 50310225Q0084

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Municipal Market Analytics (MMA), 75 Main ST FL 2, Concord, Massachusetts, 01742. The SEC requires access to Municipal Market Analytics publications. This action is being processed as a single source because the Contracting Officer has determined that MMA is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The SEC intends to award a purchase order to MMA Inc. on or about July 28, 2025. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one (1) base year with four (4) one (1) year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement must submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities. Responses must be received by response date of this notice to be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
