Notification of the SEC's Intent to Award a Single Source Purchase Order to Factiva, Inc. 50310225Q0080

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Factiva, Inc., 4300 N Rt 1 820 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ, 08852. The SEC requires Factiva Content Application Programming Interface to search and retrieve news and related information from Factiva content. This action is being processed as a singel source because the Contracting Officer has determined that Factiva, Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Factiva, Inc. on or about August 28, 2025. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one (1) base year with four (4) one (1) year options. The total value of the order shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement must submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities. Responses must be received by response date of this notice to be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
