Summary
AI-generated · Feb 05, 2026Brand-name, sole-source procurement of Bio-Plex Pro Human Cytokine Screening Panel, 48-Plex kits, plus Bio-Plex Calibration kit and Validation kit, from Bio-Rad Laboratories to support CAR-T potency testing during development and manufacturing in the Center for Cellular Engineering. The multiplex panel quantifies a panel of 48 cytokines, chemokines, and growth factors and is suitable for serum, plasma, culture supernatants, and other sample types, providing data from small volumes (12.5 µL per well) with a markedly shorter run time (~2 hours) compared with conventional ELISA, and includes ready-to-use calibration and validation kits with individual reagent vials.
This is a sole-source action under 41 U.S.C. 1901(a)(1) and FAR 13.106-1; no request for proposals will be issued. Vendors able to provide the required items may submit a capability statement for consideration via email referencing NOI-CC-26-002244.
