United States Patent No. 12,639,563, issued May 26, 2026, and entitled, SUPERCONDUCTING OPTO-ELECTRONIC TRANSMITTER CIRCUIT [NIST Reference no. 20-046US1]; c. United States Continuation Patent Application Serial No. 19/662,522, filed April 29, 2026, and entitled, SUPERCONDUCTING OPTO-ELECTRONIC TRANSMITTER CIRCUIT [NIST Reference no. 20-046C1] The prospective exclusive license territory may be world-wide, and the field of use may be limited to the following: Research, development, manufacture, and commercialization of the Licensed Patent Rights in combination with Great Sky Inc. s proprietary technology for the creation of Licensed Products with applications in artificial intelligence.
