The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,096 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq.
