The Base Emergency Communications System (BECS) intends to colicit and award a Sole Source contract in accordance with FAR Overhaul subpart 12.102 , For Other than Full and Open Competition to Motorola Solutions, INC. The anticipated period of performance is 02 July 2026 to 03 July 2028. Please note that this is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The intent of this notice is to synopsize this effort and for informational purposes. However, any information received from an organization before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Thursday, 16 April 2026 that believes it can meet this requirement may be considered by the Government for competitive procurement action.
