Notice of Intent to Solicit from Single Source, Viavi CX300 Test Kit, Misawa Air Base, Japan FA520525QB078

The 35th Contracting Squadron, Misawa Air Base, Japan intends to issue a single-source procurement action to TESTFORCE USA, INC., CAGE 7VPU9, under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, to purchase Viavi CX300 with USAF CM300 Config Kit and accessories. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for the Government may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
