Notice of Intent to Solicit From a Single Source - Teel, Inc. 192126VHQ4CCC0069

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a), FAR Class Deviation 25-21, Rev. 1 for FAR Part 12 to Teel, Inc. for the procurement of the PC-3000 Portable Pro System and related support and training. This procurement is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with RFO Part 12. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ). A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
