Notice of Intent to Sole Source Zumro HVAC on all-terrain cart 1ETSGSS01

The 1 ETSG (Expeditionary Theater Support Group) intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, to Zumro under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 1 ETSG anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Zumro for the purchase of 4 each 3.5T HVAC on all-terrain cart, including 2x 6' ducts, remote thermostat w/25' cord, and 30' 30A integrated heat pump power supply cord with L630 plug. Zumro is the only contractor identified to have the HVAC system that is fully compatible with the portable shelter that is owned by 1 ETSG which is also purchased via Zumro. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received from any organization, before 12:00 AM E.T., Monday, August 1, 2022, that believes it can meet this requirement will be considered by the Government for a competitive procurement action.
