Period of Performance is for one base year plus four option years, as follows: Base Year: TBD/2026 TBD/2027 1st Option Year: TBD/2027 TBD/2028 2nd Option Year: TBD/2028 TBD/2029 3rd Option Year: TBD/2029 TBD/2030 4th Option Year: TBD/2030 TBD/2031 The estimated total value is above the simplified acquisition threshold. The sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirements and is based on market research.
