Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, Fort Carson Bliss Contracting Branch intends to award a sole source contract with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics INC. for the upgrade and migration of three (3) Unit Point of Contact (UniPOC) Servers for continuity of patient care. Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics INC is the exclusive developer of the UniPOC Data management system. This also includes all proprietary services associated with the installation, implementation, training and support of the software at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) Fort Bliss, Texas. The sole source contract will have a period of performance is 01 March 2026 to 30 Sept 2026. The NAICS code 541512, size standard is $34.0 million. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
