The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 321992 Prefabricated Wood Bldg Manufacturing with a Small Business Administration size standard of 500 employees. The action is being accomplished using the principles of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, particularly FAR Subpart 13.5, in accordance with 41 USC 1901, to promote efficiency and economy in contracting and to avoid unnecessary burdens for agencies and contractors... , purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available.
