Box 65 Kalispell, MT 59903 UEI: ESY3CTEH56A7 The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a) implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This requirement encompasses the engineering, manufacturing, and delivery of three Nomad-built TCTs along with the integration of a technology upgrade into the existing Nomad TCV-MAX specialty vehicle platform. Both the TCTs and the upgrade must interface with Nomad s proprietary Nomad Total Command (NTC) safety automation and tracking system to ensure full interoperability, operational reliability, and mission effectiveness.
