NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE INTENT Reference No. 1605-CIO-25-NAT-0811 The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Assistant Secretary of Administration and Management (OASAM), intends to award a sole source order in accordance with the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3 Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition to the following vendor: Senzing, Inc P.O. Box 19576 Las Vegas, NV 89132 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210 Software Publishers with a size standard of $47M. DOL, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), currently uses Senzing API for automated bulk data uploads. The Department currently does not have other approved software capable of performing accurate probabilistic linkage on legacy administrative data. Senzing, a small business, is the manufacturer and supplier for Senzing API. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The period of performance will commence on or about September 30, 2025. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not delay services. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
