The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) in Irving, TX 75063, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) to San Diego Association of Government (SANDAG) in San Diego, CA for Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS) network access. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ).
