A sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract is being pursued for lease and ongoing support of a ScriptPro robotic prescription dispensing system for the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center Pharmacy Department. The system is already onsite, installed, and in use, and it will provide barcode-based dispensing to ensure the correct medication is filled, print patient bottle information for education, and support Point-of-Sale billing and inventory management. The robot can hold up to 150 medications and typically processes about four prescriptions per minute, enabling staff to focus more on clinical services and reducing patient wait times.

This action is under FAR 6.302-1 (sole source) with one base year plus two option years, based on market research indicating only one responsible source satisfies the requirements. It is not a competitive solicititation. Responses should clearly demonstrate that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission, and may be directed to the agency’s contracting specialist for consideration.
