The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a fixed price purchase order to QIAGEN, LLC, located at 19300 Germantown Rd, Germantown, MD 20874, on a firm fixed price sole source award basis to provide annual preventative maintenance services to the National Institutes of Health. The proposed vendor, QIAGEN, is the sole manufacturer and authorized service provider for the instrumentation. Due to proprietary nature of technology, no other vendor is authorized or capable of providing the required services.
