Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Precision Analyzer Company Calibration Services N00244-26-Q-0080

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to Precision Analyzer Company, L.P. (PAC) (CAGE CODE: 02BZ8), 8824 Fallbrook Dr., Houston, TX 77064 United States, in accordance with FAR 12.201-1. This requirement is for calibration services of government-owned PAC analyzers for the Point Loma Fuel Department. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by 11 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. PDT via e-mail to elisa.r.allison.civ@us.navy.mil. The information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
