All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following: CLIN 0001 -In Person Mission Critical Skills Training This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action to Monaco Enterprises. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for Laramie County Community college to provide in-person Mission Critical Skill Training Courses in the local Cheyenne, Wyoming area. Therefore, Laramie County Community College is the only locally known company that can satisfy the Government s requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Monday, 28 July 2025, 10:00am MST to MSgt Chris Davalos, Christopher.davalos.1@us.af.mil and MSgt Kris Kahle, kristopher.kahle@us.af.mil.. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 153rd WY ANG Contracting will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
